How are orders shipped?

All orders are managed by Australia Post eParcel. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day excluding Public Holidays. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, our sales team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your orders progress. You can use this number to track your order via Australia Post

What are your domestic shipping options and costs?

For purchases over $60, Bondi Vite provides FREE standard shipping within Australia.

For purchases under $60, a flat rate delivery fee of $7.90 applies for standard shipping.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Returns Policy:

Unfortunately, Bondi Vite does not accept returns for customers due to ‘change of mind’ after purchase. This right is held above your previously held rights listed under the Australia Consumer Law. To minimise problems, Bondi Vite recommends that you always retain proof of purchase when purchasing any products online. 

Bondi Vite will accept returns for damaged of faulty goods. If you would like to request a refund or want to have your issue heard in more detail, please email and include your six-digit order number which was emailed to you upon processing of your order.

Bondi Vite will accept requests in relation to returns with fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Safe arrival
All products are shipped using protective cushioning for safe arrival. If there is any damage to the package content – please ensure you include your six-digit order number which was emailed to you upon processing of your order. We may request that you provide us with a picture of the damaged goods.

Bondi Vite will not be liable to refund any fees or charges you incurred from your credit/debit card provider for your initial purchase. 

If a refund is required, Bondi Vite will cover the cost of postage on the return of damaged or faulty items.
